By accessing you agree to abide by these terms of service and accept that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local law. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. Down To Picnic may revised these terms of service at any given time without permission.

Cancellation & refund policy

Due to preparation and planning dedicated to each picnic after booking we do not offer refunds. However, we can reschedule your picnic if you give us a 72hr notice. Cancelations the day-of are not allowed, you can reschedule your picnic with a 50% discount. If there is bad weather in the forecast, we will call you the day before and offer to reschedule or offer an indoor picnic. 

Fulfillment/shipping policy only offers picnics in Galveston County. Any picnic outside this region has to be negotiated before booking as there may be additional charges for traveling distance. Our picnic setup & furniture requires special handling, if you wish to move it, please contact Down To Picnic staff member. Moving without permission can result in a $75 fee. 

Candles are decorative, please do not light them up. Lighting them up can damage our table runners and other materials. If you would like to light up candles in your picnic for a special occasion, please notify Down To Picnic before booking. Damages caused by lighting candles without permission can result in a $75 fee.
